Bumper cars closed, virtual reality closed, compressed air guns not working. Staff initially refused to help with the zipline and complained about not having enough staff yet two of them sat behind the front desk eating candy.

I was really looking forward to enjoy booking a party here. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case. First, the room had a very strong cleaning smell when we arrived, I overlooked it because well, atleast is clean. Suddenly we had it to rush eating the cake part and leave the room because our time was up. That was very upsetting. It was my first time booking here and the rules of the room wasn’t really explain to me at the beginning and they are not really well explain on the website. I suggest that even if seems obvious, always explain it in person because that helps to ensure that it was well understood and that we are all on the same page. The entretaiment part was good, the kids enjoyed themselves.

I came with my jobs summer camp and the staff was nice! There was enough room for our group of 54 kids to be able to eat lunch and go and play! The kids had a blast! They did not to leave and have been talking about how much they want to come back! One thing the summer camp staff kept saying was how nice the staff was!

Oh my goodness!! Our YMCA camper had a blast! Their staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and fun! The manager is sweet, helpful and a pleasure to be around. This is definitely a yearly trip for us! Thanks guys!

Years ago, we used to love this Safari Nation. Going back there this past week, it’s pretty run down. They do have one new inflatable, but the entire ball area with the air tubes and machines was not working and looks to have not been working for a long time. The large climbing structure has many missing pieces and was full of crumbs and dirty. The infant/toddler area was mostly toys with clear tape and boarded up toys. AND it’s still just as expensive as when everything was new 🙁 I hope they can get it fixed up soon

No wait, and no time limit while the kids played. Incredibly priced for how much available. Toddler had an absolute blast

It was an ok place to go but definitely needs some updating the toddler section was kind of falling apart and it could use a serious cleaning for sure we went because we were considering them for a birthday party location but the condition of the place made it a no for us also they should have more employees because not every parent was watching their children especially in the toddler section and those children were a bit older bullying the babies

Nice and fun. Decently size play gym. Toddler areas in need of some work and cleaning. There was a strong odor and missing or torn equipment. Other than that we will go again.
