My grandchildren had a great time there. The only thing was that there wasn't enough people working. The young lady that was working their zip line had to work the twist car so you had to wait 30 minutes for each one. But we did have a good time.
Earlier today me and my family visited safari nation. Our experience wasn’t the best. First it started off with the bumper cars. The workers with the black scarf and red shirt told me to wait about 15 minutes so the bumper cars could get a little charge which I thought was weird because they charge throughout the night at least that’s what the worker told me. So I waited about 25 more minutes and asked again and they finally opened up for me and my family. The guy in the red shirt who ran the bumper cars for us was very kind and apologetic. My second problem I had here was my wife had waited at Where the snacks were for a few minutes and She went to the front desk to find the girl with a black hat on her cellphone and leaning against the counter, so the girl with the black scarf came from the back and helped me. I loved her personality and the guy at the bumpers cars as well they were amazing and apologized. I hope nobody else experiences nothing like this. Overall, my kids had an good experience and we might visit a different location to experience a better welcomed environment.
This place is awesome! So much fun for the kids but, the adults love it too! I visit yearly and I adore it here. #1 customer service. The employees are so helpeful, sweet and humble💖 I feel like they want me there💖
My Daughter absolutely LOVES Safari Nation! They have something there for every age group and a great snack bar! The staff has always been super friendly and the facility has been super clean each time we’ve been! My daughter is 3 and she’s able to play on most everything except bumper cars. Like said, it’s a great place for ALL ages! (Even adults 😉) The price is reasonable too, considering the parent is free and you can play as long as you want! There are even a few arcade games but you do have to purchase tokens for those! Thank you Safari Nation, for a blast, every time!!
Decent fun, but not as well designed as the High Point location. Floors are extremely slick, the large play area is divided by an age restricted section adults cannot cross to keep an eye on a smaller child. Can tell the floor was not replaced from whatever the previous tenants were.
My kids love this place. I do feel like the arcade games should have a room of their own and also the snack counter could use some work. Fries and burgers and things like that. My kids don't eat sweets or junk food so they have to eat chips there. Other than that good job.
Had my sons 6th birthday party here yesterday. They all had a blast! Justin was our party room coordinator and he did a fantastic job. He was very attentive and had a plan. He made suggestions and was extremely attentive. We paid the extra to do the bumper cars with the party and the kids had a blast.. and some of the parents :). Safari nation is always a great place to have a birthday and the kids always have a wonderful time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Today on 7/2/19 me and my group came and I can say they had a wonderful time and we will most defiantly be back! I would like to say Bailey the assistant manager was wonderful. She played with the kids, went down the slides with the kids, she colored with the kids and made sure everybody was safe and having a great time! You guys should hire more people like Bailey she has a great personality especially when dealing with the kids. Thanks bailey for making the group have an amazing day!
I had my son's birthday party here today and I could not be more pleased!? The staff was wonderful especially our party leader Courtney! She was fantastic, funny, and really engaging with the kids and guest! I strongly recommend Safari Nation Winston Salem NC area! Great jobs guys!!!
This place is great for young kids. Unfortunately, they often seem to be understaffed. There are almost never enough employees there during the busier hours to tend to customers checking in, customers at the refreshment stands, and any unexpected issues that may arise (i.e. bathroom surprises, accidental spills, etc...) You get the impression they're doing what they can, they just can't keep up. As far as the place itself, it's great. Lots of different ways for kids to enjoy themselves and burn some energy. I believe the rate is $15/kid per day, which I think is a bit high unless you're making a full day of the place.
Perfect for little boys and girls, even some bigger ones, too 😀. I have no clue what is here other than the fact that kids 3 to 16 years old, and a few adults even, seemed to enjoy the playground-type slides, rides (only the kid moves), and stuff I have no words even to describe. Go look at the website. You can bring in outside food, except for drinks. You could have a birthday party or a play date here. There are seats for the adults, who can get inside the play area to watch and supervise without having to pay. There are picnic tables and other places to sit and eat or talk, or just rest. Great A/C. My 5-year old grandson wore himself out in a couple hours, and slept well that night. Finally, it seemed to be clean and well-maintained, and the surfaces of the tables, the furniture, and the chairs were clean and not sticky. It was much better than I expected.
Excellent staff! I purchased a party package and received nothing but excellent service. My hostess was Jessica and she did everything from setting up the party room, passing out the food and drinks to cleaning up the party room for us. She made my experience very memorable and simplified everything for me. My family and friends were pleased as well.
My daughter had her 3rd birthday here and had a lot of fun with her friends. The party hosts were kind and very helpful with decorating, passing out food and cleaning up. The kids had a blast running around and playing. The price was fair. The Safari room is a little small but all guests seemed happy. Thank you Safari!
